Have you got any inquiries about your R350 grant? When it comes to the SRD award, SASSA has provided a number of ways for applicants and beneficiaries to get in touch with them.
SASSA has established a few routes for communication in case you have any inquiries or suggestions for modifications.
It’s crucial to understand that any inquiries regarding R350 grant appeals must be directed at the Independent Appeals Tribunal and not SASSA, which necessitates different contact information.
SASSA has a toll-free call centre which you can call at 0800 60 10 11. You will just need to select 1 after calling and follow the prompts after that.
You can also send an email to [email protected]. Be sure to include your ID number in the email so that they know who you are and can find your details easier.
Should there be issues with the helpline, you can contact Kenneth Baloyi, Sassa’s contact center manager. He can be reached by calling 079 308 1033 or sending an email to [email protected].
The SRD website, which can be found at https://srd.sassa.gov.za is a platform especially used for the R350 grant. Here you will find more information on the SRD grant and how to apply for the grant. If you have already applied, this website is also where you can check your application status.
